Classes are very dynamic and vary in set up. The class focus is non contact boxercise based instruction and total body training. Boxing based exercises are excellent for all over body fitness - upper body, lower body, core and heart!
A slightly shorter class than Saturday's - but no less hard work!! Finishing off with a homemade juice to stop you diving to the cookie jar!

If you can't fit classes into your schedule we can arrange a time where I can train you one on one (or pair up with a friend), typically once a week for an hour. I meet up with all my personal training clients to discuss their Targets, weigh in, take measurements and understand their lifestyles so I can put together a plan that will get you to achieve the Targets set.

5 or 6 week courses, in sync with the school terms, for boys and girls aged 6 - 11. Classes are non contact and children will learn to hit boxing pads safely. Sessions are 1 hour long and include lively music, games and exercises to get them fighting fit! Kids Boxercise is taking a break for a while - watch this space for when we return!!
Classes are fun and energetic, differing in layout and exercises each week. Sometimes working in pairs, teams or individually and using a mixture of provided equipment or just your bodyweight, you will definitely know you have had a workout! A great way to increase your cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance.
